We’ve taken on more staff to cope with demand. A new Media Trainer and Assistant are being employed to cope with the increasing number of clients wanting bespoke media training.
“Since being awarded a substantial government contract we’ve been flat out. As well as helping new clients feel more confident when dealing with the media we’ve been asked by many of our existing clients to shoot and edit DVD’s for their own inhouse training or websites,” says Mediapro’s Manager Justin Cohu.
Mediapro is unique because all of its trainers’ principal income is earned working in the news industry. It can sometimes pose problems when trying to juggle training days, on location shoots and time for editing but working to deadlines is par for the course for the Mediapro team.
“Our trainers in particular, are used to working rapidly under pressure. I think it helps us produce sharper work. Our training is bang up to date with what is going on in the industry and our shoot/edits are all broadcast quality, punchy and to the point.”
